Experiences operate rain or shine. In Hawai‘i, rain often passes through quickly, usually followed by a rainbow, and we’ll adjust as needed to ensure you still have an amazing day.

Yes. With the exception of our pre-set packages, most experiences are curated and flexible. We personalize each day based on your group’s interests, energy, and conditions.

Complimentary pickup is available for most hotels in Waikīkī. If you are staying outside the Waikiki area, transportation may be arranged for an additional cost.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak travel seasons, as availability is limited.

Full payment is required to reserve all experiences.

Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable.

All bookings are considered final within 30 days due to the private and limited nature of each experience.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking in case of unexpected changes.

All experiences are private and curated specifically for your group.

Tours are best suited for 1–4 guests, making them ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small families. This allows for a comfortable and high-quality experience.

We do not combine unrelated groups, so your experience remains private and personalized. If you are traveling with friends or another party and booking separately, we can coordinate to ensure you are scheduled together.

For groups larger than 4, an alternate vehicle will be required and additional costs may apply.

Absolutely, we love celebrating with you! Whether you’re celebrating something special or looking for a specific experience, we’re happy to customize your day.

This depends on the experience. We provide cold drinks, as well as essentials such as snorkel gear and towels for your use throughout the day.

Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks, or we can coordinate a stop in advance to pick up anything you’d like.

For full-day experiences, we typically include stops for food, which are selected based on your preferences and paid for by the guest.
